Who processes your data
Ensar Food B.V., Tolweg 28, 3851 SK Ermelo, info@ensaryufka.com, 0341 26 78 07. The Chamber of Commerce number and VAT number will be added here as soon as Ensar supplies them.
Which data and what for
If you fill in the contact form or the price list form, we process your name, email address, your company name and phone number where given, the country you select and your message. That happens for one purpose only: to answer your question.
We ask for your explicit consent through a box that is not ticked in advance. Without that box, nothing is sent.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking cookies and uses no third-party analytics package.
Two things are stored locally in your browser: whether you turned motion off, and whether you dismissed the notice at the top. That stays on your own device and goes nowhere. You clear it by emptying the site data in your browser.
Fonts and images
The fonts sit on our own server, not with an external provider. Loading this site therefore sends no request to Google Fonts or any other external domain.
How long we keep it
Messages from the form are kept for as long as it takes to handle your question and are deleted afterwards. Ensar sets the exact period.
Your rights
You may ask which data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent. An email to info@ensaryufka.com is enough. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
